Khung pháp lý về tài sản số theo luật pháp các nước trong khu vực

Trong bối cảnh cuộc tấn công mạng Công nghiệp lần thứ tư và nền kinh tế số phát triển mạnh mẽ, tài sản phẩm số đang dần dần trở thành một bộ phận quan trọng của nền kinh tế đối với cầu. Cùng với những cơ hội mới về đổi mới được tạo, đầu tư vàà phát triển thị trường, sự xuất hiện của các loại tài sản như tiền mã hoa, tiền ảo, NFT, dữ liệu số và cài sản phẩm được mã hòa cũng đặt ra nhiều vấn đề phàp l&y; mới liên quan đến quyền sở hữu, giao dịch, bảo vệ nhà; đầu tư, an ninh mạng, phòng chống rửa tiền cũng như quản lý l&yấp; nhaà nước.

Nhằm tạo diễn đàn đàn học thuật quốc tế để trao đổi, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm sáng lập phàp và thực tiễn điều chỉnh pháp luật về tài sản số, Trường Đại học Luật TP. Hồ Chí; Minh trân tổ chức Hội thảo khoa học quốc tế với chủ đề: “Khung pháp lý; về tài sản số theo luật pháp nước trong khu vực”.

CALL FOR PAPERS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE “LEGAL FRAMEWORKS GOVERNING DIGITAL ASSETS IN SELECTED REGIONAL JURISDICTIONS”

Against the backdrop of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapid expansion of the digital economy, digital assets have gradually become an integral component of the global economy. Alongside new opportunities for innovation, investment, and market development, the emergence of various forms of digital assets - including cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), digital data, and tokenized assets - has also given rise to a wide range of novel legal issues concerning ownership, transactions, investor protection, cybersecurity, anti-money laundering, and public regulation.

To provide an international academic forum for exchanging legislative experiences and discussing legal and regulatory approaches to digital assets, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law is pleased to announce the International Scientific Conference entitled: “Legal Frameworks Governing Digital Assets in Selected Regional Jurisdictions”.
