CALL FOR PAPERS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE “LEGAL FRAMEWORKS GOVERNING DIGITAL ASSETS IN SELECTED REGIONAL JURISDICTIONS”

Against the backdrop of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the rapid expansion of the digital economy, digital assets have gradually become an integral component of the global economy. Alongside new opportunities for innovation, investment, and market development, the emergence of various forms of digital assets - including cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, non-fungible tokens (NFTs), digital data, and tokenized assets - has also given rise to a wide range of novel legal issues concerning ownership, transactions, investor protection, cybersecurity, anti-money laundering, and public regulation.

To provide an international academic forum for exchanging legislative experiences and discussing legal and regulatory approaches to digital assets, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law is pleased to announce the International Scientific Conference entitled: “Legal Frameworks Governing Digital Assets in Selected Regional Jurisdictions”.

Publication Opportunities: Selected papers will be considered for publication in an international academic journal or an edited scholarly volume published by a reputable publisher following the conference.
